The Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge Leadership Computing Facility (OLCF) has extended the operation of the Summit supercomputer, one of the world's most powerful, through October 2024. The SummitPLUS allocation program will distribute over 19 million hours of computing time among 108 projects, spanning areas from aerodynamics to systems biology.
